How do i order ?
You can order a product by adding it to cart, the cart icon on the top right of the screen will show a sign meaning that you have something in your cart.
If you want to add more products you can keep adding them to cart before clicking on the cart icon on the top right of your screen and then clicking the checkout button in the drawer or page that you see after that.
At the checkout you enter your personal information and you proceed with your order until you reach a page that says " Thank you for your order ! ".
Will i receive an order confirmation email?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your order info.
What if i need to change my order ?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change or cancel an order is to reach out to us by online chat, email or telephone 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. daily
Will i receive a tracking number for my order and how can i track my order?
Once your product is shipped, you will receive the tracking number of your order as well as instructions on how to track it.
What if i want to place a bigger order ?
To purchase 2skin gift cards or shapewear in multiples (quantities greater than 10), send an email to Contact@2skin.net or reach to our online support. We’ll be happy to help.
How much does shipping cost ?
Our Shipping policy is to offer free shipping worldwide. We are customers too, and we hate it when we need to pay an extra amount of money to get our order so we made sure to make shipping free on all the products in our store.
After i place an order, how much would it take for my order to ship ?
The processing time is generally 1-3 days, it depends on the demand load on our stuff who are working very hard to ensure you the best processing and shipping times.

Refunds & returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for our shapewear. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 15 days of receipt.
(Note: Refunds must be credited to the original payment method.)

How do I set up a return or exchange?
If you’re eligible to return or exchange your shapewear, reach out to us by online chat, email or phone, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. ET daily, so we can get started on the process. We’d love to hear your feedback, too.
(Ordinarily, we accept returns and exchanges at our stores but in order to minimize contact and preserve everyone’s health, returns and exchanges are currently only accepted by mail.)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or not the right size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, we will then, communicate you an address to which you return the order depending on where you live so the return process can be as quick as possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should reach out to us by online chat, email or phone.
We offer free returns, once you reach out to us, we will process your return and if it is approved (either the item is damaged or defective or not the right size) we will send you a return label that you can use to return your order for free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
